Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track the inventory of BitFire's core equipment
• Manage shipping and receiving, which includes developing and implementing shipping and receiving processes for the company
• Coordinate and assign equipment assets using our ticketing system
• Oversee the assembly processes for both bespoke and standardized hardware kits
• Maintain a well-organized, clean, and cataloged storage space for equipment
• Refine overall process improvements as business needs arise
• Assist the Engineering team with ongoing installation projects
• Repair and replace basic components of BitFire hardware, such as power supplies, RAM, and expansion cards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a dynamic environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Some experience in broadcast television or video production is preferred

Working Conditions & Schedule

• Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday
• Occasional evening and weekend work will be required as job duties and business demands change
• The work environment is a combination of an office, warehouse, and technical facility
• The role involves physical activity, including handling objects up to 50 pounds and occasional periods of standing and/or walking
